In 40 years of brand development, product management and commerce, Chrissy learned from powerful industry mavericks and crazy rebels, from true visionaries with clear values and a strong sustainable & ethical "why".

Chrissy began her career in 1983 in renowned 5-star luxury hotels, spending eight years working abroad in France and the UK. She speaks several languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, just started with Portugese). Her many foreign travels enabled her to quickly understand different cultures and the diverse clients she works with.

In 1987, Chrissy followed her love for nature and rock-climbing and switched to the outdoor & sports industry, contributing to major expansion of reputable outdoor brands, amongst whom Patagonia and Timberland. She later ran her own wholesale agency across the UK and the Benelux, with brands like Wild Roses and Lowa. In her role as EU sales manager for Mountain Hardwear, Chrissy made a particularly strong contribution to the brand's presence across Europe.

In the early 2000s, when Puma was on its rise to become one of the world's most desirable sports lifestyle brand, Chrissy contributed significantly to a speedy growth as one of three International Apparel Product Line Managers, responsible for Women's Athletic Apparel and Performance Apparel.

In 2007, Chrissy founded her own company, offering sustainable business development consultancy services and PR & Marketing. Her portfolio shows reputable brands, mainly names of innovative leaders and industry mavericks with a strong ethical, environmental and sustainable ethos, amongst whom Nikwax, Páramo, Rab, Lowe Alpine, Timbuk2, Hydro Flask and Ticket to the Moon.

Since 2022, Chrissy has the great honour to co-create with the world class acoustic guitarist duo Café del Mundo, managing a number of international tours, including the initialization of the recording of their album "Famous Tracks" at Abbey Rd Studios, London. Her forever existing love for music and this co-creation with the duo expanded Chrissy’s view on all the many things that the word “sustainability" touches, one of which is the enduring joy truly authentic music brings to our hearts and connects people. 

Since 2020, with becoming a Certified Facilitator with Access Consciousness® and many other specialty certificates, Chrissy has added a modality to her private and business coachings that brings easy-to-use tools for people to use in their daily lives, empowering them to know what they know and instead of being stuck in the problem asking for different possibilities.
