In 1983, Chrissy starts her professional career in worldwide renowned 5-Star-Luxury Hotels (Hotel Bayerischer Hof, Munich, Germany; Hôtel Le Bristol, Paris, France) and spends more than 9 years living in Europe (France, UK). She speaks several languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish) and uses worldwide travel experiences to deepen what's been running through her veines ever since: the ability to make the most out of every encounter and to consistently outcreate herself.

In 1987, Chrissy follows her love for nature and rock-climbing and switches to the outdoor & sports industry, contributing to the major expansion of global outdoor industry leaders, amongst which Patagonia and Timberland. She later runs her own wholesale agency, establishing the Swiss women's outdoor apparel brand Wild Roses from scratch in the UK and the Benelux, as well as substantially growing Lowa Footwear in the UK.

In the early 2000s, when Puma became the world's most desirable sports lifestyle brand, Chrissy contributes substantially to double digit growth rates in her categories “Women's Athletic Apparel” and “Men’s & Women’s Performance Apparel”.

In 40 years of brand development, marketing and consulting, Chrissy meets industry pioneers who think different just as she does. True leaders of the future who continue to challenge the NOW.
